With the absolute brilliance of interior designer Suzie Le Friec we have a new developement of four fabulous apartments in the Quartermile developement in the city of Edinburgh.

The Caley Sample Room is situated in Ardmillan area of Edinburgh, not far from the another infamous hostelry, where both sit between two of Edinburgh’s graveyards (too much of a clue). Although frequented by some locals the Sample Room has an excellent dining menu; more than a ‘pie’ place it serves topnotch cuisine.

Now food is made to ordered and a ‘personal caller’ tells you that your meal is ready to be collected from the grill area. Presentation is still important with the look of the restaurant ‘very crisp and clean’ with a wonderful seating area at the front – perfect for street watching.

Harleen Kaur Nottay, ex Britain’s Next Top Model.

Harleen called into the offices of Grayling this week for a quick photo shoot to promote her next outing in Aberdeen. The event at Union Square with be a fashion promotion.

This weekend, former Five News and Grampian Television presenter, Isla Traquair, will host the centre’s first fashion event. She will be joined by top model Harleen Nottay, a finalist in this year’s Britain’s Next Top Model series, on the Union Square catwalk. Stores including Zara, Pulp, OUTFIT, Vero Moda/Jack and Jones, New Look and Next will be showcasing what’s hot for Autumn. Accessorize, Olli & Nic, Pandora and more will be showcasing the latest looks in jewellery and accessories while Howards Storage World will be showing you how to organise all of your autumn fashion!

Fashion Shows will take place in the Atrium at 12.30pm, 2.30pm and 4.30pm this Saturday and Sunday.

With their most recent property acquisitions Photocomedia were commissioned to shoot photographs of the interior and exterior of each property as well as the smiling faces of their bar and serving staff. Commercial retail landlords Montague Evans requested our services to take shoppers enjoying the facilites at one of their locations, The Glasgow Fort. Our final work was used by the company for publications and to attract new high street names as tenants to the property.
